Rick Renjilian is a results-driven, strategically oriented business leader with P&L, financial, operations, HR, product development, sales and customer management experience in multi-site manufacturing operations ranging from start-up to $250M+. He has traversed different global environments, strong/weak market cycles, rapid growth/expansion and acquisition integration to develop clear direction and focused strategic plans, and drive seamless execution of change management initiatives to establish benchmarked business practices, high-performance teams, solid operating infrastructures and marked revenue/profit improvements. Rick is equally successful in commercializing new products, developing strategic partnerships and high value customer relationships, and improving quality and service standards to world-class levels.
Rick currently serves as TWI’s Chief Operating Officer.
Rick previously served asthe Vice President New Market Development of Filtertek, charged with building a quality and process driven organization. He also served as the Vice President of Operations from 1995 to 2006. His prior experience includes working with the Pall Corporation for 13 years as a Vice President Planning Biomedical Products Division, Vice President Operations, Materials Manager, and Project Manager/System Analyst Corporate MIS. He is an investor and consultant to WaterHealth International and Peak 8 Solutions. He is a recent MBA graduate from Empire State College, State University of New York.
